Celebrate the quality and provenance of high-welfare, pasture-raised organic meat with this unique dining experience that brings the skill of Daylesford butchers front and centre.
It’s talented female butcher Sammy will be preparing cuts to order, while sharing knowledge about Daylesford meat and our sustainable organic farms in the Cotswolds and Staffordshire gained from years mastering the butcher’s block.
The chefs will then prepare the chosen cuts and personally serve each table, giving you an in-depth understanding of the cooking methods and fresh organic ingredients.
Daylesford’s wine specialist will be on hand to recommend wines produced at Château Léoube, its organic vineyard in France, to complement your meal perfectly.
Available between 12-4pm daily throughout the duration of the festival. Menu is priced between £24-49
