Starters - Slow poached egg, wild garlic & spring vegetables or Halibut crudo, gordal olive, apple & cucumber
Mains - Hake, morels & seaweed hollandaise or Short rib, asparagus & wild garlic chimichurri
Dessert - Chocolate & milk ice cream
Available lunchtime daily throughout the festival.
Two courses for £30, three courses for £35 - with the option of oysters as a supplement.
