Join Stefano Borella at La Cucina Caldesi for this fun, fast-paced cookery course, where in just 30 minutes you’ll prepare some wonderfully light ravioli and a sage, pine nut and butter sauce before taking a bowl away to enjoy later (if you can wait that long).
 
The pasta dough will have been prepared in advance, but you’ll be shown how to roll it out to the perfect thickness, make a traditional stuffing and seal before cooking and coating in the simple, yet satisfying sauce. Once you’ve made these tasty, authentic ravioli, they will become a frequent favourite in your cookery repertoire.
