The Marylebone Menu will see some of London's best restaurants and food businesses serve a course, accompanied by wine, taking 120 guests on a gastronomic journey through Marylebone in the striking, Georgian, grade II listed St Mary’s Church, York Street. Tickets are priced at £75 per person (available end Feb from marylebonefoodfestival.com) and will include seven courses matched with a wine plus music from The Marylebone Music Festival. All profits will be donated to charity.
The Marylebone Food Festival will return for a second year from 24 to 28 April 2019. It celebrates the abundance and variety of food and drink in Marylebone, from top Michelin star restaurants and artisan cafes to speciality food shops and quirky cocktail and wine bars.
A partnership between The Portman Estate and The Howard de Walden Estate, the festival aims to throw the spotlight on the culinary wealth of this pocket of London. The headline dinner will be followed by four days of exclusive events, collaborations, food tours and festival menus curated by the many other restaurants, food and drink businesses in Marylebone.
